Shipping Information

  • Current processing time is shown in the header bar at the top of the website home page.
  • Free shipping on orders $50+ within the USA.
  • USA orders typically take 3-5 days to arrive once shipped. If it has been longer than one week since your order has shipped and you have not received your package, please contact us so we can investigate any shipment issues!
  • International orders typically take 7-14 days to arrive, but can take as long as one month.
  • Please note that international customers (outside the USA) are responsible for customs/VAT fees upon order arrival.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you accidentally enter the wrong address at checkout, please contact us with the correct shipping address. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct the address. If the order has already shipped, we won't be able to make any address changes.

All orders will be shipped through USPS via First Class mail. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Mail delays with USPS are possible due to increased shipping volume. Please contact us if your order has not been received within 7 business days (for US orders) or 14 business days (for international orders), or if you have any questions about the shipment of your order.

UK Customers: Currently we do not offer shipping to the UK. Once we are in compliance with new VAT requirements, we will resume shipping to the UK.

Virgo and Paper stickers are packaged in a recyclable paper bag and rigid envelope. We ship orders with plant-based compostable plastic bags upon request or for larger orders where it may be necessary to keep items safe during shipping. Simply contact us here if you would like to request a plastic bag for your order.

We ask that you please reuse or recycle our packaging, business cards, receipts, etc. Please note that stickers (due to the adhesive) are not recyclable. Thank you for helping us keep our footprint small!

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if there are any problems with your order and I will be happy to correct the issue.

Coupon Codes

Only one coupon code can be used per order.


We are able to cancel your order if requested within 24 hours of purchase as long as your order has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel.

Lost packages

Domestic packages are not considered lost until they have not been received after 7 business days. Please contact us if you have not received your package within 7 business days. If you are located outside of the US and your package hasn’t arrived, please contact the mail service in your local area for tracking help.

International orders

The recipient of an international shipment (outside the USA) may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

About our stickers

Stickers are printed on matte, permanent paper with the exception of our die cuts, clear stickers, & vinyl decals. Stickers are kiss cut and ready to use, although small imperfections are possible. The colors of the stickers you receive could vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in color on different devices.
