Holiday Shipping Update

During November & December, we anticipate longer shipping times. For delivery by December 24th, please order on or before December 12th. Please note this is a guideline, not a guaranteed delivery date.

How shipping works

We offer some products that are ready to ship (all stickers and vinyl decals), while all other products are printed to order. If your order contains some of each of these products, your order will ship separately in two packages. You will receive email containing each tracking number as your order ships. Read on for all the details about shipping - and if you have any questions about your order, please contact us!

Shipping Information for Made to Order Products (all lifestyle products including coffee mugs, desk pads, mouse pads, coasters, etc.)

Lifestyle products include desk pads, coffee mugs, art prints, and all other items excluding stickers and vinyl decals. We offer free shipping on all of these products.

These items are printed to order, which helps us stay eco-friendly! You can expect these items to arrive in an estimated 8—12 days after placing your order. Please note that during our holiday shipping period of November & December, this timeline will be extended as we anticipate higher order volume.

These products ship to U.S. addresses only. We typically ship orders via USPS. We reserve the right to use FedEx or DHL for delivery if needed. If you do not receive your package within a timely manner, your order is damaged during transit, or there are any other issues with your order, please notify us right away so we can investigate any shipping issues and make it right for you!

Shipping Information for Ready to Ship Products (sticker sheets, vinyl stickers and vinyl decals)

When shipping to USA addresses, we offer the following shipping methods:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
  • UPS Ground (1-5 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver (Next business day)

If your order does not arrive in a timely manner according to the schedule above, please contact us so we can investigate any shipment issues!

Please note that international customers (outside the USA) are responsible for customs/VAT fees upon order arrival.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you accidentally enter the wrong address at checkout, please contact us with the correct shipping address. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct the address. If the order has already shipped, we won't be able to make any address changes.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International customers (outside the USA):
We ship via USPS First Class International to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. The cost of shipping varies and is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address.

The recipient of an international shipment (outside the USA) may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase, as Virgo and Paper cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

United Kingdom:
We do not currently offer shipping to the UK. As a US-based small business with a small volume of orders going to the UK, it is time consuming and costly to comply with the VAT requirements. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding. 

Other Shipping Information

Lost or missing order?

Please contact us if your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your tracking information has not updated in a few days, and we’ll be happy to look into the status of your package.

Mail delays are possible, especially during the holiday season. Please contact us if your order has not been received within 7 business days (for US orders), or if you have any other questions about the shipment of your order.

If you are located outside of the US and your package hasn’t arrived, please contact the mail service in your local area for tracking help.

We do not offer returns or exchanges,. We want to make sure you’re happy with your order, so please contact us if there are any problems with your order and we will be happy to work with you to correct the issue.

 Coupon Codes
Only one coupon code can be used per order.


We are able to cancel your order if requested within 24 hours of purchase if your order has not yet been placed into production or shipped out. If your order is already in production or has shipped, we won't be able to cancel.

Small imperfections are possible due to the handmade nature of many of our products. Products designs may differ slightly from the product image shown on our website to the finished product you receive due to differences in color on various devices.
