I hope the start of the year has been kind to you. Personally, I’m a fan of the phrase February is the new January. After the holidays, it makes total sense that January is a time when we’re all just getting reoriented and maybe trying out some new habits and still brainstorming goals and… all the things! To me, February is the perfect time to actually start to put our plans in motion.
