Printing Recommendations:
I recommend printing your inserts on 28 lb. or 32 lb. US Letter (8.5” x 11”) paper. Print at 100% scale and double sided.

• Open file in Adobe Acrobat
• Under Pages to Print, select pages 1-2, 3-4, or 5-6 depending on the layout you would like to print.
• Set Custom Scale to 100%
• Set Orientation to Auto
• Under your Printer settings, select “Two-Sided printing” and “Long-Edge binding” as well as High print quality.
• Print 5-6 double sided copies to create one month of inserts!
• Using trim marks on the page as a guide with paper trimmer, cut inserts to 7” x 9.25”.
• Punch inserts with a disc punch and you’re ready to go!
